Due Diligence Links

A repository of where your due diligence material lives so reps and firms know how to reach it. It does not replace the portal or service you already use - it points to it.

No fee

Bring Your People

Invite colleagues from your firm and grant external parties, such as a managing broker-dealer, the ability to manage part or all of your company's information.

No fee

Elevate every conversation.

Post availability once and every approved advisor, rep, broker-dealer and RIA sees it directly. Your wholesalers’ time goes to building a relationship and not a status update.

Questions, answered.

Is Atlas Essentials really free?

Yes. Adding offerings, documenting selling agreements, posting due diligence links and inviting users are all part of the free platform for approved sponsors. For the optional value-add solutions, see Premium Services.

Does the due diligence repository replace our portal?

No, and it is not meant to. Firms use all sorts of portals and services for due diligence, sometimes several at once. This is a repository of where that material can be accessed, and how it appears across the platform.

Who can we invite to manage our offerings and sponsor information?

Sponsors can invite people within your company and external users you want managing part or all of your company's information. This can include a managing broker-dealer, for example, depending on what you have engaged them for.

Can we invite IARs and reps that sell our deals to DST Atlas?

Absolutely! By clicking the "Refer a Friend" button inside the DST Atlas portal you can invite other qualified professionals into the DST Atlas community.

Why document selling agreements?

So the right firms see the right offerings when they log in. Also, if you wanted, you can restrict a PPM or due diligence release to firms that have an agreement in place.
